A warm welcome to our newest partner, Ján Broniš
Date: 11/05/2023Previously working as a counsel at our law firm, Ján was made partner on 1 May.
Ján is a skilled lawyer building on more than 17 years of experience. He was registered with the Slovak Bar Association in 2009, and his expertise includes corporate law and M&A. He has vast experience in major transaction projects, both local and international. Before joining RUŽIČKA AND PARTNERS, he was a senior manager at Ernst & Young Law.
