Adriana joined our firm in 2001. She has been a member of the Slovak Bar Association since 2002.
Adriana advises clients, including corporations with international shareholders, on day-to-day legal matters with a particular with focus on commercial and civil law, drafting related contracts and assisting in commercial and labour law matters, including all aspects of employment and secondment. In addition, Adriana has considerable experience in insurance; she advises on a wide range of insurance business matters, including regulatory aspects, drafts insurance policies and insurance terms and conditions and negotiates and drafts contractual relations with financial agents.
Adriana is fluent in English.
