Ivan has been part of the RUŽIČKA AND PARTNERS team since October 2024. Before joining our ranks, he practised law as an attorney and corporate legal counsel for over nine years. In 2021, he became a member of the Slovak Bar Association.
Ivan’s practice focuses on public procurement, competition law, EU law and commercial law. He represents clients, liaises with them to evaluate tender documentation, and assists in revision procedures and litigations. His track record includes large-scale construction projects and FIDIC contracts. As part of his competition practice, he also represents clients before the Slovak Antimonopoly Office.
Ivan is fluent in German, can communicate in English and understands Polish.
