Ján joined our ranks in 2021, after transferring from Ernst & Young Law, where he worked as Senior Manager. His prior work experiences include working as attorney for an international law office. He is a registered member of the Slovak Bar Association since 2009.
He focuses on corporate law and M&A’s and has extensive experience thanks to participating in major transaction projects, both local and international.
Ján is fluent in English.
