Matej has been part of our team since 2018 when he joined us as a law student. After finishing his law studies at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava, he started to work as a trainee at our law firm. During his studies, he took part in many extra-curricular activities such as a moot court, competition where he argued his way into the finals and had the opportunity to participate in a simulated court hearing presided over by judges of administrative courts.
In his work, Matej specializes in litigations and corporate law with a special focus on joint-stock companies and securities law, this also being the topic of his final dissertation paper at the university. In addition, his legal practice covers aspects of civil law with an emphasis on consumer protection and administrative law.
Matej is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of Russian.
