Jaroslav joined the office in 2016. Structurally, he is a part of the internal project team which focuses on the provision of legal assistance and advisory services with regards to infrastructure projects and public procurement matters.
He specializes in numerous practice areas, ranging from the law of the European Union and competition law – which he has achieved his Master’s degree in – to administrative law, constitutional law, and consumer protection law.
Jaroslav is fluent and proficient in English, achieving scores equivalent to native speakers in language examinations. He has a working knowledge of German.
